We are looking for people who are self-motivated, customer-centric, and looking to advance in our company. This positions responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for new and existing clients with questions about our services
• Ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for clients through authentic relationships and unrelenting pursuit of excellence
• Generating and following up with new leads
• Assisting with basic support requests

• Strong people skills
• Excellent English (grammar, spelling, etc) and communication skills

• Sales experience
• Joomla experience
• Webhosting experience
• Good understanding of HTML
• Good understanding of Microsoft Access

Currently, this position is only available for participants able to work from home. Hours are flexible. This position is available as both a commission-based and hourly position. Compensation amount and type will be determined based on experience and skills.
